The Rock House specializes in functional weight training. Features 2800 square feet  of a  variety of free weights and free weight machines including a free weight circuit training area.

We have both ellipticals and treadmills at The Rock House. We don’t recommend excessive use of treadmills. Treadmills cause a lot of muscular imbalances, resulting in hip, knee and foot pain. A treadmill only works the front of your leg muscles, the belt pulls the back of the leg muscles passively. The Ellipticals work both the front and back of leg muscles and simulates a more natural running position. We also have bicycles and stair steppers in this aerobic area.

 

 

 

 

 

We have kettle bells, BOSU balls, medicine balls, punching bags, bands, jump ropes and plyo boxes.
