THE ROCK HOUSE STORY

The Rock House was started by Rocky and Elaine Nelson in March 2006.  Rocky is an Exercise Physiologist, Licensed Massotherapist and College Professor.  He holds a Master’s Degree in Education/Exercise Science and a BSBA.  His certifications include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Olympic Weight Lifting Coach, and Certified in Sports Nutrition.  He has extensive experience in Physical Therapy and Long Term Rehab Departments.  He has worked with a wide population ages 8 to 95 years old.  His clients included Pro Hockey players, Pro Fighters, and Olympic lifters.  He specializes in therapeutic massage, sports medicine, pain management,cardiac rehab, nutrition, post rehab strengthening and is BWC Certified.

Elaine is a Licensed Cosmetic Therapist, Registered Respiratory Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer.  She has 23 years experience in the health field and runs her own Laser Hair Removal business in Mentor.  Her experience includes cardiac rehab, therapeutic head, neck and shoulder massage and personal training. The Rock House is for dedicated individuals who want to change their lifestyle for the betterment of their health.

The Rock House’s interest includes Flag Football and Coed Softball.
